By accessing the InnovLaw ML Academy at innovlaw.sbs, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms of Service. If you are accessing our curriculum on behalf of a research institution or commercial entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Continued use of our theoretical resources signifies your acceptance of any updates as of the current date: June 01, 2026.

The Mathematical Spine

All contents of this site, including but not limited to mathematical derivations, logic-flow diagrams, proprietary algorithm deconstructions, and course syllabus structures, are the protected intellectual property of InnovLaw ML Academy.

  • Reproduction of logical proofs for public publication without citation is strictly prohibited.
  • User licenses are granted for individual educational learning paths only.

Technical Restrictions

Prohibition of automated logic harvesting.

No Commercial Scraping

The use of automated scrapers, bots, or AI-driven collection tools to ingest our mathematical curriculum for the purpose of training secondary models is explicitly forbidden.

No Redistribution

Our resources are built for individual researchers. Re-hosting algorithmic derivations or logic proofs on external repositories is a violation of these terms.

"The Academy provides the logic; the researcher provides the application."

While we strive for absolute mathematical precision, InnovLaw ML Academy provides foundations for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in production environments or financial benchmarks. We do not provide advice regarding restricted digital assets or speculative technologies such as those explicitly banned from our platform.

Questions of Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute arising from the use of our educational resources shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto.
